Nautilus Warranty Reimbursement ProcessThank you for partnering with Nautilus to ensure our equipment is properly serviced. To access our current labor reimbursement claim form, click here. If you are a new service partner, please complete and sign the Warranty Service Agreement form and email back to: warrantyclaims@nautilus.com. A member of the Nautilus Field Service organization will contact you when the form is submitted to review our reimbursement procedures. Click on the links below to view the standard labor allowance for common retail and commercial repair procedures. Reimbursement claims for labor in excess of the time listed will be rejected unless approved in advance. Please email warrantyclaims@nautilus.com for pre-approval of any additional labor charges. |
