To ensure your equipment is properly serviced, you can make a request for on-site service at your convenience.

Simply fill out the Service Request Form and e-mail to servicedispatch@nautilus.com or fax to 800-528-0466.

During regular business hours our Dispatch Center will process your request and Service Technician will contact you (or your alternate contact person) to arrange a time for your service visit.

NOTE: If your problem is resolved prior to a Field Service Representative leaving for your site, please contact our Dispatch Center to close the service call and avoid paying any charges.
